Then the customer care keeps sending me email that They cant do anything without the right contact to the department. Furnitures itself are extremely lovely But I can not start using. Thats quite uncomfortable for their cutomers. I have to study almost every seconds. I really need the right desk, chair and Shelf.

It turned out that they didn’t had it in any of the stores. However, we do feel sorry for the fact, that you are not satisfied with the service, you received at the store. When you return a product, that is no longer in the original packaging, the staff might return a smaller amount than the price. This is mentioned in our terms and conditions.
We love scandinavian style and we have a flat in Budapest too. We visited the Budaors store and chose some furnitures. We have been said that items were available only in another store. (even if they were exposed with a special offer…) So we confirmed the order, via mail too… And we received an answer with confirmation of availability.

I paid extra money to get this delivered fast. Even its only 2 km jysk location from my place. Very bad experience, i have orded a lot of furniture month ago and still nothing is delivered. I will never recommend this store anybody. Support center doesnt provide any deadline or something.

We tried to return the top mattress from the gold category T110, within 5 days of the date we bought it and they charged us 20% of its initial value. The mattress was in perfect condition and we just slept 2 days. We always want our customers to have the best possible experience and service when they choose to shop at JYSK. It just shows how you cannot care less about customers after everything is paid. I’ll not return and definitely not recommend to anyone living above the ground floor.
I had to return to the store twice to get my receipt corrected. Despite having ordered delivery, I had to pick up the last pieces of my bed almost three months after the initial delivery date. And I kept being referred back to the people working at the store, who to no fault of their own have been provided with no info or context. The bed is nice, but this mess and stress isn’t something I’ll care to ever experience again, or recommend to anyone. Delivery guy refused to carry my package indoor. I told him to wait for a minute so I can show the bill from my phone or call customer service.
Will not be ordering from Jysk again. We always want to make the best experience for our customers. We will take this review to the right department so we can make it better in the future. Be conscious about the return policies in this store.
